গৃহহীনদের জন্য গৃহ নির্মাণ
সংগঠনের অন্যতম প্রধান উদ্দেশ্য হচ্ছে গরীব অসহায় গৃহহীন মানুষ যাদের নিজস্ব জমি রয়েছে কিন্তু গৃহ নির্মাণ করতে পারতেছেন না তাদের জন্য গৃহনির্মাণ করে দেয়া। । এখন পর্যন্ত সংগঠনের পক্ষ থেকে ১৩ টি গৃহ নির্মাণ করে দেয়া হয়েছে ।
শীতবস্ত্র বিতরণ
গোলাপগঞ্জের অসহায় শীতার্ত মানুষের মধ্যে প্রায় ১০ লক্ষ টাকার কম্বল/ব্ল্যাঙ্কেট বিতরণ ।
রমজান খাদ্য সহায়তা
গোলাপগঞ্জ উপজেলার অসহায় ও দুঃস্থ মানুষের মধ্যে প্রায় ৩০ লক্ষ টাকার খাদ্য সামগ্রী বিতরণ করেছে গোলাপগঞ্জ হেল্পিং হ্যান্ডস ইউকে

বাদেপাশা ইউনিয়নে মেডিকেল ক্যাম্প ও বাঘা ইউনিয়নে বিনামূল্যে চক্ষু সেবা ও বাদেপাশা ইউনিয়নে মেডিকেল ক্যাম্প অনুষ্ঠিত
বাঘা ইউনিয়নে বিনামূল্যে চক্ষু সেবা প্রদান করা হয় । প্রায় ১৫০০ মানুষ চিকিৎসা সেবা গ্রহণ করেন । চোখের ছানি অপারেশন, বিনামূল্যে চশমা সহ ওষুধপত্র বিতরণ করা হয় ।

One of the main aim of Golapganj Helping Hands UK is to promote the welfare of humanity by bonding brotherhood among Golapganjbashi by organising Ifter mahfil charity trips and others event.
Golapganj Helping Hands is also working very closely to improve the quality of life of people of Golapganj Upazila in Bangladesh, especially those socially and economically disadvantaged through the provision of financial assistance and necessary support in the fields of relief of poverty, building houses for the destitute, furtherance of education, and relief of sickness and distress.
